Thanks to chefs and trainers, we guide the participants in the preparation of the established dishes, and then we sit at the table!
For example, a few days ago we practically “inaugurated” a fascinating location with a wonderful lake view. Inaugurated, in the sense that such an event had not yet been hosted!
A northern European client was looking for a solution for a precise idea: to have almost 200 people from all over Europe cook traditional Italian dishes. But where?
Lakes Lovers and the partners of Team Building Incentive Lake Como provided their assistance by searching and proposing the apparently most suitable location, hitting the target!
But the best was yet to come: the number of participants seems high to the customer to be managed and the number of courses and type of dishes offered seems like a dream, can it really be done?
A staff of over 30 people, trainers, cooks, pizza makers, waiters, barmen… in just under 2 hours, many types of appetizers, fresh pasta, pizzas and desserts…. then an informal, standing dinner, indoors and outdoors, lake view and with Dj set.
