We develop ad hoc projects by evaluating training objectives and charitable/solidarity purposes in agreement with the client.
Solidarity, civic sense, sustainability have frequently become part of the purposes that companies take into consideration when planning an event or a team building activity.
Lunches, aperitifs and dinners, informally standing or with table service, the desire for conviviality that accompanies solidarity: companies organize them more and more often, just as – in the case of team building – alongside the training, playful, evasion, therefore, we also find beneficial, sustainable solidarity objectives for which we evaluate which activities to propose, the associations to involve, the most suitable locations.
Of course, not all activities can allow both objectives to be reached at the same time, and we have studied with our partners some solutions that allow companies to achieve both solidarity and the beneficial purpose even indirectly and at different times:
the team building activity is focused on achieving the professional goal, the success of which leads to the achievement of the charitable purpose through auctions, fundraising, delivery of products and creations made by the participants.
Some examples:
- PAINT YOUR SMILE: the participants will aim to create paintings, according to the theme chosen by and with the company, which will be auctioned, either within the company itself or online. The proceeds will go to a foundation of your choice.
- SOCIAL COOKING: Team Cooking, where the meals produced will be donated to associations that distribute them in the territory.
- RECYCLE MUSIC: all instruments will be built using recycled materials. In the case of the dance, the costumes will also be created by the participants. Creativity and reflection on less waste of resources.
- NEW LIFE: a project to support and restore an area of a park, supported by a series of workshops/experiences that can be lived and experienced. Small environmental recovery projects to be able to activate and “leave your mark”: cleaning green areas, planting, restoring tourist areas …
- BIKES FOR CHILDREN: the “construction” of bicycles which are then donated
SOLIDARITY CALENDAR: In view of Christmas, an Advent calendar or a New Year calendar is created to be sold in order to raise funds for special projects
