Lake Iseo lies at the bottom of Val Camonica between the provinces of Bergamo and Brescia, and it’s home to the largest natural lake island in Italy and Europe: Monte Isola, which is made up of satellites north and south the two islets of Loreto and St. Paul.
Within a short distance, two important wine areas, Franciacorta and Valcalepio, and two beautiful towns, Bergamo (especially the upper town!) and Brescia, worthy of a visit thanks to their tradition, history, culture and architecture.
